SOUL-O Retreats in Greece
Time to Slow Down, Listen, and Come Back to Yourself.
Held by place, supported by rhythm, without needing to fix or become anything.
The Setting
a place that supports slowing down
All retreats take place in Greece, at The Iconpainter, in the Messinia region of the Peloponnese.
This is a place where life naturally slows.
Days are shaped by light, weather, and quiet rhythm rather than schedules.
The villas sit among olive trees with open views to the sea. Each one is private and self-contained, offering space to be alone when that’s needed, and space to be together when that feels supportive. Mornings often begin on a terrace, afternoons unfold near the water, and evenings settle back into stillness.
There is very little here that asks anything of you.
The setting itself supports rest, reflection, and a gentler way of being.
About The Iconpainter
The venue that holds the work
The Iconpainter is a small villa retreat venue made up of several private, self-contained villas set within olive groves.
Each villa includes a kitchen, bathroom, living space, and sea-view terrace. The villas share a swimming pool, with ample room to rest quietly or spend time alongside others without feeling crowded.
The property is a ten-minute walk from Peroulia Beach and a short drive from the village of Koroni. It’s a rural, peaceful setting — not a resort and not a conventional retreat centre with a full programme.
Guests consistently describe The Iconpainter as calm, restorative, and thoughtfully hosted — a place where it’s easy to settle, breathe, and let go of unnecessary effort.
Why Retreat
Because space changes things
Most of us don’t need more input, insight, or effort.
We need space.
Space to step out of pattern.
Space to feel what’s been muted by busyness.
Space to listen without having to respond.
Retreats offer something that daily life rarely does:
time held gently enough for what’s true to surface on its own.
This is not about self-improvement.
It’s about remembering how to be with yourself — without distraction, pressure, or performance.
Ways to Retreat
Supported, or on your own

THE GREAT EXHALE
1:1 coaching for when the life you’ve built no longer fits.
We use the Enneagram, awareness, and intuitive presence to see what’s really going on. So you can make clear choices and live with confidence and authenticity.

THE ESSENTIAL ESSENCE
A quiet space to remember who you are beneath the noise.
Inside Nisos you’ll find teachings, practices, and honest conversations.
A steady rhythm of support to help you live from truth — simply, clearly, and together.

THE REVEALED SELF
Training for coaches, guides, and leaders who want to work with depth.
Two pathways: Enneagram Practitioner and Spiritual Coach.
Learn to support others from presence, not performance — not fixing, forcing, or formula.
SOUL-O IMMERSION
Not your usual retreat.
Step away from the familiar and return to yourself.
Our immersions are designed as sanctuaries for rest, clarity, and reconnection – whether you join a guided experience or choose a solo retreat for private restoration.
Nestled between mountains and sea, the detached houses offer solitude, stillness, silence and the space, and simplicity that invites inner wisdom forward.

Guided Retreats
Small, scheduled retreats hosted by me in Greece, alongside the option to use The Iconpainter as a quiet venue for therapists and facilitators holding their own small retreats.

Guided retreats include both the retreats I personally host, as well as a limited number of retreats held by therapists or facilitators who resonate with the spirit of this work.
Retreats Hosted by Me
I host occasional, small-group retreats at The Iconpainter.
These retreats are intentionally simple and lightly structured, with a clear theme and plenty of space for rest, reflection, conversation, and time alone.
They’re designed for people who want to step out of familiar patterns and into a quieter, more honest way of being — without pressure, fixing, or performance.
Future retreats may include Enneagram-informed retreats exploring identity, presence, and life beyond ego.
Hosting Your Own Retreat
The Iconpainter is also available as a retreat venue for therapists, coaches, and facilitators who want to host small, grounded retreats in Greece.
The venue supports groups who value simplicity, privacy, and space — rather than packed schedules or large-group dynamics. Hosting here works best for those offering reflective, therapeutic, or depth-oriented retreats.
Support with logistics, accommodation, and local guidance is available, while you hold the content and container for your group.

Solo Retreats
Self-guided stays for those who want time away without a group container.
You have the support of the setting, the land, and the rhythm of days — without facilitated sessions. Optional check-ins or guidance can be added if wanted.

Solo retreats are self-guided stays at The Iconpainter, created for people who want time away without a group container or facilitated schedule.
You stay in your own private, self-contained villa, with access to the shared swimming pool, sea views, and quiet surroundings. Days are unstructured and your own — shaped by rest, walking, swimming, writing, sleeping, or simply doing less.
There is no programme to follow and nothing to keep up with.
This is not about working on yourself.
It’s about creating enough space for things to settle, soften, and come back into balance.
The minimum stay for a solo retreat is three nights, with the option to stay longer if that feels supportive.
